Biography

A Cry Farewell is an Alternative Rock/rap/metal band formed in late 2009 from Cincinnati,OH.

Less than one year after playing their first show to an empty crowd in a rundown Cincinnati club, A Cry Farewell was found in Baton Rouge, LA, this time in front of a sellout crowd on the first stop of the “Feeding the Wolves” tour with Universal/Republic artist 10 Years. Seemingly out of nowhere, the band proved to be a force as one of the fastest rising hard rock acts in the country. You can hear the ground breaking singles, “Nothing Left” and “Open My Eyes” on numerous rock stations throughout the country including Sirius XM Octane. The debut E.P, “The Offering” was produced by Grammy nominated producer Travis Wyrick (P.O.D, 10 Years, Pillar), who will also be producing their brand new full length album due out in late fall 2011, entitled “THE WAR GOES ON.”
